These terms describe how you may use the free browser tool and guides provided under the name Audio Visualizer at audio-visualizer.cc.
Your files and rights
Use only audio, images, names and other material that you own or have permission to use. Selecting a file does not transfer ownership to Audio Visualizer. We do not claim ownership of your source files or the personal material you include in an export.
The tool does not give you a license to someone else's music, artwork, trademarks or recordings. Before publishing an export, check the permissions and platform rules that apply to your material.
Local processing and privacy
Audio and cover artwork are processed in your browser; this tool has no audio upload endpoint. Optional analytics requires your choice and is described in the privacy policy. If you email us, your email provider and our forwarding provider necessarily process that message. Do not email private audio or sensitive credentials.
Browser and export limits
Playback, codecs and recording depend on your browser, device resources and file. Export is real-time and requires a visible tab. There is no fixed duration cap, but memory and output-size safeguards apply. A successful browser capability check does not guarantee every recording will complete.
Keep your original files and review the downloaded video and audio before publishing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser or a particular creative, search-ranking or commercial result.
Responsible use
Do not use the website to violate others' rights, distribute unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service. The product does not extract music from Spotify or SoundCloud URLs and is not affiliated with those platforms.
Product changes
The current tool is free, has no account registration and does not process payments. Features, browser support and these terms may change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
